supraconducteurs.\u00a0Les applications semi-conductrices dominent la demande commerciale de gallium, repr\u00e9sentant 98 % du total.\u00a0Lorsqu&rsquo;il est alli\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;arsenic pour produire de l&rsquo;ars\u00e9niure de gallium (GaAs), il peut convertir l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en lumi\u00e8re.\u00a0En raison de ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, il est utilis\u00e9 dans les LED et
